Willful Sleeplessness

I have been very willful about not going to sleep at all last night, but instead spending the night inventing a steel muzzle for my dog, since the laws here require some kind of muzzle here and my dog has broken muzzles made of leather, light steel, and cloth. So, I'm welding something together that unfortunately looks much like tool of torture, but my intent is simply to keep her from being sacrificed by the police or dog catchers.
